Service Date can be changed when you are entering older paper logs or imported records from another system.

Use Show All Jobs to open your saved jobs list and review past work.
View Job opens the full record with details, crew access, photos, diagnostics, and reports.
Job Lead can edit the full job. Job Worker can edit job text. Supervisors cannot edit job text.

Crew codes are 8-digit job access codes. Job Lead can enable crew access, manage members, and remove crew members.
Photos only work after a job has been created and saved. Job Lead can manage all photos. Job Worker can upload and manage their own uploads. Supervisors can view and search only.
Diagnostic files only work after a job has been created and saved. Use this area for reports, screenshots, inspection sheets, and other service documents.
Open Settings to change theme colors and text color preferences for your device or work environment.
Use Log Out in the sidebar when you are finished so the next user does not access your workspace.
